Liked: Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great location. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The crew member named Mohamed was so helpful and had great customer service skills. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and hot.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and the area was nice and clean.
Disliked: There were some people coming and going at late hours when we checked in that I wasn’t too comfortable with. Made me question if anyone could just walk in off the street. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. I wish there was streaming services that were available for people who didn’t have their own streaming subscriptions. Elevators smelled like weed at times.

Definitely will stay here again!

Liked: Location was convenient - being close to restaurants, bars and the Xcel Energy Center. The hotel was clean, offered a complimentary breakfast and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Rooms were spacious, well thought out in terms of layout and contained a kitchenette as well as a living room area. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and the shower was large and clean.
