BEST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED...

Liked: The size of the room and the facilities were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the sitting areas were ample. The kitchen area was a definite plus!!! The staff were superb, especially Sarah!!
Disliked: We liked EVERYTHING!!

Disappointing

Liked: LOVED: beautiful, clean common areas, staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, Fred in the breakfast room is so friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: We left a day early and may not book again because our room had such a strong pet odor. The couch had a big urine stain. We bought Febreeze and used it everyday but it didn't help. I wish you would seriously consider making just one floor accessible to pets. The smell in our room was terrible.
