Exceptional

It was a bad experience.

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: Overall poor service. We arrived 15 minutes early before check in time only to find out that our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby more than 45 minutes. We stayed there for 7 days and we didn’t get any room service for the whole duration, No fresh towels or linens. I have to go to the lobby and ask for toilet paper, paper towels etc;. They also have a pest problem. Given the fact that we spent almost $1,700.00 for the stay is ridiculous and frustrating. Hopefully there are better hotels to stay for our future trip to O’Fallon, MO.

It was perfect

Liked: Our room is absolutely amazing. Much bigger than we expected and very clean. The staff was so friendly.
Disliked: Not a thing. You always had hot coffee ready, and the front desk was always helpful and had a smile on their face. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing impressed me but can't...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Customer service was good. Workout facility was okay.
Disliked: The couch in my room had some questionable stains on the couch. Jacuzzi was out of service, the murky water was unpleasant to look at.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was super clean.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool was ice cold and jacuzzi wasn’t open. Went for a date night and that was the whole reason we went
Disliked: Pool jacuzzi told staff and didn’t offer any money back

Disappointed

Liked: The location
Disliked: The smell. The rooms. The noise. The weed smell. Breakfast was nothing like the reviews described.

Our stay was not stable...

Liked: Lobby was nice
Disliked: Staff by the name of Keith was rude to both myself and some kids that were also guest. The room we were staying in had a sink leak all the way to our carpet forcing us to have to move rooms.
