For Usher... enjoyment!

Liked: The facility was decent. Check in was efficient, especially for a busy weekend in the city. The breakfast offerings were good. Overall the hotel was clean.
Disliked: We needed to use the sleeper sofa in the room and when we opened it up, there was spilled cereal in one corner of the sofa. There was a big green gumball folded up in the mattress. There were no sheets on the mattress, so we had to go down to get them; which is really bad when there are mattress stains. There should be a mattress pad that can be changed. We also found plastic cups and and empty White Castle container, down on the floor, under the sleeper sofa. Because of the hour we were unable to get anyone up to clean, but we were given bedding. The next morning, we went back down to ask for cleaning and Ms. Michelle, Housekeeping Supervisor, took care of everything. In fact, the room was much cleaner, after her visit. The housekeeping staff, should really take a page from her book. The hotel did compensate us with a deep discount on the room.
