Disliked: Hot tub needs cleaned it’s pretty rusted

Liked: The location was perfect where I was going. I didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment.
Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. Booking.com processed my payment on Oct. 1st. When I checked in they couldn't find where I paid, so I had to pay again. I need to get reimbursed for the extra payment I made for the reservation. It went through my checking account on Oct. 2nd. Please let me know how I can get reimbursed for the overpayment. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Disliked: My first time for only a night stay and the A/C was terribly loud and noisy the whole night of stay we did not able to get sleep

Liked: The staff and the close proximity to our daughters house
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was very mid at best

Just ok

Disliked: Broken thermostat in room set at 90° couldn’t get it cooler temperature in the Spokane area was in the load of mid 40s at night so you got really cold. The swimming pool was ice. Cold didn’t seem like the pool heater worked.
