Very nice, if we ever...

Liked: Very good, the best of the last several places we stayed. Staff treated us as if it was a sit-down full-service restaurant. Two ladies, Donna and Neil were exceptional. Difficult to see that high level of service any more at a hotel/restaurant. GREAT JOB DONNA and NEIL!

Overcharged and Underwhelmed.

Liked: The bed was comfy. I liked the apartment style room and the fact that it wasn't too far from everything.
Disliked: Breakfast was barely edible in my opinion. The waffles looked amazing and then one bite in, you're overwhelmed with the amount of sugar that has crystalized so much so that its not a fluffy waffle anymore. The eggs were bland. The biscuit was pretty decent. The bacon was cooked well, but very cheap quality. To top it off, breakfast ended at 9:30. Me and my family arrived at 9:20 to be greeted by the woman running in a very rude manner saying "You're lucky, we were about to close down" Excuse me? ... Grits would've been better off being served to the local strays. Almost as if they mixed in some water and said here you go... Next, there was the giant roach in our window (As pictured). The toilet was moving around from the floor as it wasn't sealed down. The wifi was a mess and there was maybe 2 dozen dead wasps outside the door. No cleaning people ever came to our room either. Also, I was charged a different amount than my booking.
