Disappointing

Liked: Modern design. Good location
Disliked: Screaming kids in rooms at 11.30pm at night. No one working in reception. Found out when checking out that the reception is level 9, not as you enter. Terrible hotel design. Pillows were awful on the bed. Room wasn’t cleaned and towels not replaced after night 1. When I asked why, they told me you need to request that? Never ever had I been told that in a hotel. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: lovely spacious room, nice modern and airy feel. good buffet breakfast with good selection of buffet items. Free parking a great bonus.
Disliked: entrance is a little confusing as it is shared with another hotel.

Great family friendly hotel

Liked: Really clean and lovely facilities. Room was spacious. Staff were lovely - gave us a late checkout no problem on request which was really appreciated. Great value for money too.
Disliked: Only thing would be no parking outside the hotel due to the location, would be great if there was even a space just to unload the car.

Very comfortable, great price, great...

Liked: Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, comfortable essential cooking facilities if needed, very comfortable bed and crisp cotton sheets I was super impressed. The staff were just lovely, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was perfect I really enjoyed staying there and felt very safe - great security and ubers available locally
