Liked: I loved the kitchenette, the bathroom and the sofa area. Very clean and well thought out. The blackout curtains helped us sleep very well throughout the day and night. Housekeeping staff were also very quick and attentive which I appreciate.
Disliked: The panel on the right of the door frame was poorly fitted and fell when opening the door which hit my wife on the head.

Disliked: Not enough staff to service the apartment - it only happened once during our stay.Parking is a block or two away in an unsecured car park. The walk to the hotel from the car park is only five minutes, but you are unable to drop off/load at the front door. This means we had to haul, two large cases, two kids, backpacks and a dog to check in and check out. In the rain. Air conditioning is not effective - rooms very warm and stuffy

Liked: Reception staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful.Jessie is a real asset for the hotel - super efficient, thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. She seemed to REALLY care about customer service!The bed was VERY comfortable.The room was a really good size.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok - limited for this type of hotel (cost wise) but fine overall- not really a complaint/issue.
