Liked: Clean and functional.
Disliked: Breakfast finished at 9am. Parking fees for no special parking place. Long walk to rooms. View was just of a ditch and neighbors. Not quite as advertised!

Wonderful !!!

Liked: Great experience, we spent 3 nights while exploring Sedona . I would say the stand out staff member was the gentleman who worked the breakfast area each morning. So on top of everything and always was so helpful, pleasant with a great smile to greet us and send us on our way each day. Great stay all around !

Disliked: Elevator down pain in the butt dragging all the luggage from 2nd floor. 25.00 a day for parking? Seems way excessive for parking!!!!

Liked: Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating.The people who ran the breakfast area. Went above and beyond every day, making sure everyone had everything they needed. And we're constantly checking everyone and always clearing away the finished plates.
Disliked: We were staying at the hotel for 8 days, and the hotel offered, and every other day turned down clean service. As it was just the two of us, we did not need it every other day, but when we did the one time, it seemed to have been done in quite a hurry. The only thing it seems to have been done with the room service was emptying our trash and making the bed. We were hoping it would have been a little more in depth, like washing down the shower or any other surface or wiping out the sink where there was still a ring of soda in the sink from the glass they put in the dishwasher.

Liked: It was a very decent stay. Hotel was clean, had all necessary amenities, maybe a little tired. Good value for the money.
Disliked: The air conditioner was pretty loud, waking up at night. No robes. The pillows were not good for my neck, had to figure something out.
