Liked: Great Hotel! Staf was amazing, we stayed 2 weeks, one staff member was not nice, but the rest were amazing ! This hotel is constantly cleaning and fixing things. It's probably one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. The pool is amazing, a place that actually heats the pool. I was able to walk right into the pool even though our visit had some nights in the 40s. The hot tub is great, too. I would definitely stay here again.❤️

Liked: Food was fine but no bacon.
Disliked: Attitude of reception staff on 8.00 pm arrival. Display underlying signs of disinterest verging on truculence.Staff on departure 09.00 am were pleasant and polite. Perhaps the evening shift could take a lesson from them.

Exceeded my expectations

Liked: The front desk gentleman was very friendly. As for the room, I was amazed. Very nice layout, comfortable, great view of the lake, and most important, very clean. I travel a lot for Soccer Tournaments, and this has been by far one of my best stays. Will definitely book again!
