Very good

Very nice accommodation!

Liked: The location was close to my son’s house, and a good stop after a late flight before catching up with family.
Disliked: We had minimal contact with staff, and they were fine.

Nice stay

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. The staffs were courtesy and helpful. I think it is a good hotel for being close to the city and the university.
Disliked: I requested the use of the wheelchair which they were kind to facilitate. However, it came without the foot-rest on the right size which make its use quite challenging.

Liked: It was close to University of Washington. Staff was excellent and facilities were clean.
Disliked: The cost.

Liked: It was close to the location of UW medical appointments. Secured parking and cleanliness.
Disliked: Oh my goodness. The elevators!! They are not easy to operate. They wouldn’t always recognize the room key card and we got stuck in elevators couple different times trying to get it to move. Or we’d be waiting for the elevator in the lobby to go to our room but only the parking garage elevator door kept opening even though we were pushing the guest room elevator buttons. Very frustrating :(
