Exceptional

We like the facilities. We...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The toilets were too low to the ground. We ended up buying a portable toilet seat from Lowe's. My husband is 6'5" and had 3 back surgeries in the last year. The Residence Inn should have 16-19 inch high toilets, or have rental of toilet seats for tall people. 2. There were stains on the couch cushions.

Disappointed stay

Liked: The breakfast is good
Disliked: We booked for family of 5 and the 5th pax whom supposed to sleep the sofa bed but end up sleep on the floor because the sofa bed was very dirty

Pleasant

Liked: Rooms are old. Bed was not the super comfortable but fine for one night.

Roomy

Liked: Lots of room with 2 bathrooms
Disliked: In an area with homeless population

Pleasant

Really like the place but...

Disliked: Paying for parking seemed a bit much. There is no way to get there but drive and then there is nothing around it to walk to so paying for parking didn't add ANY value to the stay. I've stayed here several times and had not had to pay before.

For $200, there are better...

Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: Lipstick on the coffee mugs. Pull out bed was horrible with heavy plastic cover that made crunching noise with every turn

Disliked: It was ok.
