Great place to stay!

Liked: It was great, clean, beautiful inside

awesome and we are satisfied

Liked: love the accommodation, breakfast was good, customer service is excellent and it's near all the restaurants just 5 minutes away and you have lots of restaurant choices which is really awesome.
Disliked: on our second day the elevator wasn't working it was broken up until we left on Monday which sucks but we did have a great time when we were there, all in all it was still the best.

Liked: Not too far from end of Lake Washington and restaurants. Bed comfortable. Basic room facilities good. Comfortable sofa, desk and chair and TV. Lady on reception was a credit to the hotel, trying to help everyone in all departments despite obvious resource issues.
Disliked: Balcony and view a mess, would be better without this. King suite did not even have space to lay out our suitcases without tripping over them. Cups and coffee maker not very clean... one of cups had coffee rings and obviously had not been washed properly before our arrival. Bedside clock didn't work at all (does no-one check these things). Supposed to be kettle but there wasn't.Lifts slow and one was out of operation, meant it was necessary to go outside the building to get back down to reception and breakfast.Breakfast was chaotic, not a great selection and plates emptied without being filled quickly enough. No spoons and we were asked if plastic ones would be OK. Some restaurant staff at breakfast seemed indifferent to guest requests. Waffle machine broken.Other small points about the room, e.g. non placement of bags in bins properly, suggested cleaning staff under pressure or careless.Bar and restaurant closed all weekend!Overall we got the impression that higher management were not very professional at providing satisfactory accommodation for guests.
