Liked: I love the staff of this hotel. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The reason we continue to stay at this hotel every time we are in Seatac, is due to the professional and kind staff.

Superb

Liked: Was a short trip from the airport for our overnight stay. Nice and quiet, lovely hot showers, no stepping into a bathtub.
Disliked: We would have had to pay for WiFi because we are not Marriott members.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable!They had good oat milk for coffee and for oatmeal!
Disliked: Breakfast is not good for a vegetarian/vegan. Needed potatoes or fresh fruit like melons and grapes and berries. But the Big Problem, is no shuttle and costing us a hassle and $30 for a taxi one way. That was not expected and on one of your webpages, it said there was a shuttle - just like all the other hotels.
