Bad business practices.

Liked: I was given a room that I hadn’t restricted and was charged twice the price . The clerk at the desk was not helping resolving the issue why I checked in and there was no one at the desk when I checked out the next day.
Disliked: I felt scammed

Staying in Bothell

Liked: Easy to drive to and lots of parking if you're staying. Decent places to sit or walk around outside. Decently sized room.
Disliked: The only issue seemed to be that breakfast was Luke warm. The coffee and juices were great.

Liked: The room was plenty big for my family. The bed was very comfortable. The tvs are smart TVs.
Disliked: The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. The AC in the bedroom barely worked, and I couldn't leave the window open because someone kept smoking pot outside our window. The toilet kept running all night. We were very excited about having pancakes for breakfast using the kitchen, but there was no skillet anywhere, we checked every place possible and had to wind up going out. They also charge for parking.
