Liked: Separate area to sit and eat, fridge, beds comfy
Disliked: First room had a direct view of other roofs, at $350 a night, no tub (asked upon reservation). Smelled perfumed honestly not the cleanest. Needed a deep scrub or new carpet. Second room smelled better and was higher up but still a view of rooftops, no street or city view. Dark.

Excellent service

Liked: Close and easy access to the convention centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and the small “kitchen” included useful dishes and utensils. Fitness area was convenient and open 24 hours.
Disliked: Even though there are many excellent features, the room is a small studio layout - the two beds, couch, table and cooking area are all in the same room so privacy is lacking if sharing the space. This isn’t clear from the pictures, so I mention it for others to be aware. The pullout couch is very old and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Disliked: I booked a room with two queen beds and a queen sofa pull out, when we arrived the room was changed to one king bed and queen sofa. When I called to confirm the woman at the “help center” was rude, unhelpful and just kept telling me “that’s what happens sometimes when you don’t book directly with the hotel, when you use booking.com they show you rooms that aren’t available”
