Liked: The property was fine—clean and easy to find.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was that they had no reservation for me from booking.com. I don’t know where things went wrong, but the hotel staff was lovely and accommodated us with a room. However, we paid booking.com for a king-sized suite, but because the hotel had none left to offer, we settled for a smaller unit. Booking.com owes me some sort of compensation.

Disliked: Surprised at breakfast offerings. Hotel - common areas and rooms - really needs a refresh. Looks worn.

Liked: Beautiful, well-maintained buildings and grounds. Nice outdoor lounge areas. My room was spacious, up to date, and sparkling clean. All staff friendly polite and helpful. Love this hotel!
