Mostly great, a little annoyed.

Liked: The property is beautiful. Great location, very clean.
Disliked: Our hvac was blowing warm air and did not get below 75*. Maintenance came and looked at it right away, used a temp gun to verify it was blowing warm air. Solution was to bring us a fan. I expected more for the price we paid.
