Disappointing

Liked: Easy location to airport, advertised suites (booked two) suitable for three adults and two children- which was not the case.
Disliked: No shuttle, which was promised. Sofa bed not even suitable for a small child. Absolutely unacceptable.

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful and smiling at 1am when I checked in. Breakfast was far better than most hotel breakfasts, fresh, good variety, and everything was super clean.

Liked: Always enjoy staying here.... visit my sister in San jose a couple times a year and will not stay anywhere else besides Residence Inn or Springhill Suites. Both are exceptional!

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to have breakfast ready earlier than usual so our girls could eat before their games
Disliked: Bathroom light was automated and went off too fast but I never had a chance to notify anyone so it is not their fault because I’m sure they would’ve fixed it …they were great!
