Liked: LOCATION IS GREAT RIGHT OFF FREEWAY CLOSE TO ALL KINDS OF STORES.
Disliked: STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY! I GOT CHARGED 20.00, THEN 300.00 THEN 99 THEN 180 FOR INCENTIVES??? THEY CHARGE YOU FOR A SERVICE ANIMAL!!!! I HAVE A HEART CONDITION AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR HAVING A SERVICE ANIMAL. ALSO. THERE IS THE TINIEST SPACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG, THERES NO WHERE TO THROW AWAY YOUR TRASH. THEY CHARGE YOU 20.00 PER PACKAGE IF AMAZON DROPS OFF I WOULDNT IF I WERE YOU.

Liked: Location, staff are friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping only every other day. If you missed it, you have to wait for the next refreshed day. Our beds were not made on the refreshed day. I would commend though the houske keeper who did our room on the night before we leave. Our bed room and beds was fixed.

Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner. The fan in the bathroom had A LOT of dust. Some light switches were broken.
