Felt like home and would...

Liked: I loved the cleanness
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Carlos at the front desk...

Liked: Super nice and clean.!! We loved it.!! The hispanic guy at front desk “Carlos” he was super nice, thank you very much Carlos for all of your help, we will go back pretty soon.!! Also “Carlos” the buss driver, he was so professional, and one more thing, the room was super nice, clean, and the best thing “ smelled so good “.. thank u Residence inn, all of your staff does an amazing job.!! See ya’ll soon.!!
Disliked: The two or three staff ladies at the breakfast room, they looked so mean.!! Other than that, we loved it and we can’t wait to go back.!!

Disliked: 1. No USB ports for charging - this is 2024... it's a standard amenity nowadays like the hairdryer - 2. a bit too high in cost for San Antonio and not on the Riverwalk

Wonderful stay with friendly staff

Liked: A beautiful room in a quiet hotel. It is a little far off from the center (still walkable) but you cannot beat the friendly and helpful staff and the roomy suite. We loved it!
Disliked: We loved everything except the 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk/Alamo

Liked: Great rooms, very practical and comfortable. Clean with everything we needed. Good service at reception. Includes breakfast.

Liked: They didn't except me bc I looked like I couldn't afford the total amount due.
Disliked: Very judgemental
