Nice rooms, but could use...

Liked: Location, mainly. Fairly quiet at night although could hear through adjacent walls
Disliked: Hot water took forever to get to the 5th floor. Toilet bowl needed a good clean. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Sink stopper would not work. Breakfast was abysmal.

Liked: Jeff is very Hospitable.I'm from Korea and Booking.com wasn't very flexible with hotel reservations, but he quickly found the problem and fixed it right away.
