Liked: Nice staff, good location.
Disliked: I was sent to a totally different building that was far from the lobby. Then, the day I was supposed to check out, the cleaning lady did not respect my door sign and kept knocking incessantly until I opened the door and she seemed confused as to why I was checking out that day…

Amazing homeplace in the downtown.

Liked: Great modern furnished studio room with fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Clean room smells good inside towels and bed smells fresh.
Disliked: The cleaning personal looks exhausted probably there is a staff shortage. Please hire more workers.

Liked: Air conditioner was not working. Ice on condensate pipe outside. Nice to have an outside sitting area. Walkable to center of city.

Disliked: The room was not up to a normal persons standard. The room would not cool down, we ask at least 5 times to have the ac fixed The room was not cleaned properly There was a chipped mug when we got there. Took it to the front desk and it was not replaced The bathroom was like a sauna even with a fan on The pull out bed was not comfortable. The balcony was dirty and noisy from the unit sitting out there. Could not even use it

Liked: The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette in room. Location was excellent for walking distance to many things, dinner, ice cream, the delta centre and temple square
Disliked: There was no handsoap provided in room, so we had to use bodywash to wash our hands. The TV remote would not work to press OK so we couldn't select anything. The fridge would not close properly and the freezer defrosted while we were there even though we had the temp turned down to chill our drinks, it ended up leaking all over the floor and we had to use the in room towels to soak it up.This was not a big deal to us, as we were there just there to sleep.
