I would definitely stay again
Liked: Very clean
Disliked: Breakfast was cold and coffee was not good. Gym has very little equipment

never happened - denied all...
Disliked: unable to pay for room -- would not let me use debit card or cash and would not let my husband provide a credit card over the phone. need staff to be able to offer alternatives -- would not, could not help due to "policy"

Disliked: The front desk failed to communicate correctly what their airport shuttle looked like to 3 different guests. They should have said, Oh , our airport van says courtyard by Marriott. The driver failed to announce what hotel he was picking up for. We waited over 1 hour for shuttle.

Liked: Good location and not too noisy next to the interstate The breakfast was okay.
Disliked: There was an error in the reservation so When I got to the motel early evening I was told that I didn't have a reservation and that I was going to be charged for the reservation because the motel had me as a no-show.

Liked: It was convenient.
Disliked: The air conditioner in my first room did not work. I tried to call the front desk but got no answer. I went down to the desk to report the air conditioner issue and that I had tried to call with no answer. The clerk said the phones werent working.
