Exceptional

Liked: I like how clean it was easy process to check in. Having a convenient location close to everything made it better. Breakfast was great i would not change anything about it. Maybe just add hashbrowns, lol. My girls loved the pool, and I loved the morning coffee ☕️
Disliked: There was nothing to not like

Overall our stay was good...

Liked: The Kitchen and living room area was absolutely perfect
Disliked: The elevator was a little scary

Disappointed due to noise and...

Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Biggest issue was the loud roaring noise in the room. Perhaps a heater? Couldn’t stop it even with turning down the thermostat.no sleep for me.

Liked: The staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Pool was small, loud, dirty (strange bubbles on top, murky water, sand on bottom, windows filthy) and dangerous - ladder at deep end had top step that swiveled 360 degrees when you tried to sept on it. There were no towels. Exercise room dark stuffy and not well equipped. Also a strange smell in there. Food was blah, hard tasteless eggs, no fruit, lots of starch. The "store'' had little to offer - chips, icecream, some drink, no alcohol, very little in the way of frozen dinners - mac and cheese. Our room was extremely loud and freeway was close by, but circuitous to get to hotel from there and back. Also cold and insufficient bedding, uncomfortable sofa and way too soft bed - we all woke with back aches. This inn is set in a parking lot adjacent to a business complex and casino- weird. The kitchenette had bare minimum. No oven, just two burners. The saving grace was the staff, who did the best they could given minimal resources and understaffing. Kudos to them for keeping a brave face despite disgruntled patrons.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, but not when you stay for a longer period. The only dayley change was the bacon, hamburger and sausage in our three days.
Disliked: The pool was out of order during our stay

The kitchen was well equipped...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: The house keeper started vacuuming in front of the room door at 9am super loud for over 30 minutes so I felt rushed to get up and check out

Hotel was clean and Frontdesk...

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Also the location is near many shopping malls
Disliked: The pool area had oil and lotion the on floor so can be risky if someone slips
