I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: They have the best breakfast and the hotel front desk clerks have great customer service.
Disliked: The hotel is very dirty. The pool area: tables dusty, floors dirty, trash can lids dirty. My husband was sitting by the pool and someone threw a marijuana joint down to the pool area. He was able to take a picture of the open window to locate the room. The air conditioner system was hard to control. It is either too hot or too cold.

Best place for chill time.

Liked: I like how it’s was close to the convention center. This location was perfect. The room had a little kitchenette which was very convenient for me so I can cook and not have to go out as much to eat. The staff there was very very helpful and friendly and very patient when I asked them a lot of questions. I also liked how they had the complementary breakfast.
Disliked: I have no complaints about this property.

Liked: The location, amenities, parking, and overall experience were excellent, except for the issues listed below. I loved the full-size refrigerator! Elevators were fast, and we didn't have to wait a lot to get into our room like on many hotels on a busy weekend - CIM weekend
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable, not bad but it should be better for sure. We requested hand soap, but it took several hours and three requests to receive it.

Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Could walk to everything. Building is nice and secure. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Suites are nice for an extended stay but a little too pricey if you are staying longer than a day or two.
