Liked: It's a great location. Room was clean, very spacious and like the kitchen area. The staff was great and very hospitable.
Disliked: The living room didn't get warm even with the heater on but the bedrooms did get pretty hot.. One of the bathroom doors couldn't lock.

For the brand I was...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection ample. Appreciated an ironing board and iron.
Disliked: Room was visibly not clean upon arrival, including trash on floor and bathroom counter. I cleaned it myself since it was late and staffing gone. The doors on other rooms slammed very hard and loud at all hours. Cleaning staff yells across the facilty with each other starting early mornings. Breakfast was ample but items that should be hot were cold. Handicap parking non existent aside from check in door.

Nice, but not for me

Liked: loved the queen suite and very comfortable bed, pillows and linens.
Disliked: when I initially booked i was not told there was a $50 nonrefundable fee for pets or a $10 charge for parking vehicles. It may sound petty, but these charges took me out of the realm for affordable and into the realm of "probably won't do that again".Breakfast was okay but not outstanding.
