Mediocre experience

Liked: Breakfast was included, rooms were nice with plenty of space.
Disliked: Breakfast was average hotel breakfast, pool was freezing cold, hot tub was broken, there were only 2 lounge chairs on the entire pool deck, they didn't have any regular soda for the bar...they were out...when ordering a cocktail. The directions through the shopping center/gas station area to get back to the hotel entrance was a little confusing. I believe a homeless guy was sleeping in a ditch just off the hotel property, but did not bother anyone.

Liked: It's a great location. Room was clean, very spacious and like the kitchen area. The staff was great and very hospitable.
Disliked: The living room didn't get warm even with the heater on but the bedrooms did get pretty hot.. One of the bathroom doors couldn't lock.

For the brand I was...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection ample. Appreciated an ironing board and iron.
Disliked: Room was visibly not clean upon arrival, including trash on floor and bathroom counter. I cleaned it myself since it was late and staffing gone. The doors on other rooms slammed very hard and loud at all hours. Cleaning staff yells across the facilty with each other starting early mornings. Breakfast was ample but items that should be hot were cold. Handicap parking non existent aside from check in door.
