Liked: Breakfast was great. However, hours of operations during weekdays could extent more to 10:00 am for those not so early morning folks and for childrens.
Disliked: The toaster bread is way too old to use. Bagels will not even insert and it very light, feels like a toy. Need to be replace with a newer and a bit bigger or standard size.

Very Disappointing

Disliked: I booked this hotel on Booking.com and upon my arrival I was informed that they had overbooked the hotel and could no longer honor my reservation that “I booked through a 3rd party.” Very frustrating after traveling all day with my children.

Liked: Location was perfect. Room clean and staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The fact that there is only one elevator on the property was very inconvenient. When the room is located at the end of the property and you are on the third floor, using the staircase is not an option when loading and in and out. Having to move everything from the far corner of a parking lot in the rain to access the only elevator was very off putting. This must be a real burden to those who are much less mobile than myself and wife,
