Very Disappointing

Disliked: I booked this hotel on Booking.com and upon my arrival I was informed that they had overbooked the hotel and could no longer honor my reservation that “I booked through a 3rd party.” Very frustrating after traveling all day with my children.

Liked: Location was perfect. Room clean and staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The fact that there is only one elevator on the property was very inconvenient. When the room is located at the end of the property and you are on the third floor, using the staircase is not an option when loading and in and out. Having to move everything from the far corner of a parking lot in the rain to access the only elevator was very off putting. This must be a real burden to those who are much less mobile than myself and wife,

Everything you could ever want...

Liked: Great breakfast, cozy room that had everything you could even imagine in it. They thought of everything you would or might need. We liked the layout so much that we are going to use it for our Barndominium that we are building.
Disliked: Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Nice & comfortable

Liked: The staff was friendly & kind. We enjoyed the breakfast. Room was comfortable & spacious.
Disliked: We always are a late check in, so we get an accessible room ( what’s left) This one had a shower head which was great, but no full length mirror.
