We feel the Residence Inn...

Liked: Layout of the room was nice. We like having the ability to cook in the room too.
Disliked: The parking fee. I was surprised to see a $5/day parking fee. When I called the hotel they told me it was on your site. It wasn’t on the confirmation so the total price on the Booking.com reservation details didn’t include the $10 for parking. We are accustomed to being able to park at the hotels we stay at for FREE!

Liked: Staff was so friendly and personable even though they were full and had people in and out constantly.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: By 8:30 a.m., there were no breakfast options available, and coffee was out. There were kids running around the halls and outside until 1 am.

Liked: Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Glad to have the free internet in room and free breakfast.
Disliked: A little rundown in spots, but still very clean.
