Need to improve customer service

Extremely comfortable for two couples...

Liked: Loved the large well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. My bedroom had a wonderful sink area while my daughter's room was large enough for a pack n play.
Disliked: There was no icemaker for guests but they gave us private ice anyway so the problem was solved. Ice could have been made in the room but we did not have enough time to make it.

Liked: Room was cute, comfy and clean! Breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: Trash under sink had a bag inside that was sticky. Not sure what was in it. But the can itself was sticky and stunk

Disliked: Internet connection seemed to cut in and out

A little bummed about the...

Liked: The Hotel was nice and a large room. A stove top but no oven.
Disliked: We stayed for our anniversary. The day of the water was turned off as they were doing an upgrade of the system. It changed our plans for that day. Later that night the Hotel lost power for about 10 minutes.. It was pitch dark in our room. Not even emergency lights. Hard to walk around especially with our black cat in with us.
