A nice stay, but please...

Liked: The room was well cleaned. The location is close to 2 freeways and local shopping centers. The complimentary breakfast was hassle-free.
Disliked: At check-in, it was easy although when asked for extra linen and towels they were not forthcoming about policies of conservation. We let them know we are a family of 6 and need more than three towels. We constantly need to ask for them twice because they only gave 3 at a time. Needing a card to keep your lights on was a first for us. It would have been nice to be informed about it. Luckily we ask for an extra key beforehand.Keep in mind that we are not frequent guests and understand things change from time to time. Little information goes a long way.

Liked: I like the space and everything they provided to make it feel like an apartment
Disliked: Before my arrival, I filled out a form requesting NO HOUSEKEEPING service and when I checked in during my first night, I confirmed NO HOUSEKEEPING but will let them know if I need anything! They even have flyers all over our doors saying there's no housekeeping on Thanksgiving day, so I didn't think I would need to worry about putting up the do not disturb sign... this morning, my daughter and I were both still asleep when a lady was knocking on my door like crazy and then open the door without saying a thing (didn't even show her face) because when I got up to check what's going on, she wasn't in my unit. Went out to put up the do not disturb sign and saw her in the corner of my eyes and hang the sign up without saying anything... if I said something, it would not be a pleasant interaction. So I waited and call front desk to complain and report the incident but the only "excuse" I got was that it was "probably" a wellness check... what kind of wellness check come in without saying a word??? But yet knock nonstop and open the front Door and didn't step in nor say anything??? Thanks for the unwanted wake up knock!! Went from 5 to 1 stars real quick
