Disliked: Room was dirty, certainly not worth the price. We booked the hotel for the pool, but there was a giant group that overran the pool, so we were not able to use it.

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Jennifer checked us in. Signed me up for Bonvoy, saved me some money and earned points for my stay. Matthew, the manager on duty for our stay was great. He helped with our luggage and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Seme, the breakfast attendant was so helpful and made us feel welcome. Chris, Shirl also worked the front desk and were all helpful. Our room had 2 bedrooms (queen beds), 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the LR and a full kitchen. Great space, at a reasonable price.
Disliked: The facilities are a little old. Many of the outlets were so worn, our multiple plugs and charges would not stay plugged in. The pool was out of order during a weekend in late July! We had a fire alarm go off at appx. 1AM, our first night there. We evacuated and had to wait about 30 minutes, until the fire dept left. I'm hoping to get some bonus Bonvoy points, due to the issues we experienced, but none have been applied, yet.

Disliked: Nothing everything was great.no complains.
