Liked: We stayed the night at your hotel so we could go out to the Twin Rivers for New Year's. We got in wee hours in the morning after we slept a few hours. We got up and was having coffee sitting in the living room. And realized there was something on the wall. It looked like man's ejaculation. It was disgusting. I don't feel I should have had to pay for the room. I would called the housekeeper. She came and took a picture of it and said she had notified a manager. Meanwhile, ready to check out? We did not even take a shower. We were so grossed out. I went to the front desk.I expressed myself he said he would take care of the room for us.And there would be no charge but I see you charge me anyway.I'd like to know why

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable. Spacious and well set up. They were super accommodating about a later checkout.
Disliked: The pool was closed and we had specifically went there for the pool. Not happy we didn't have that information from booking.com.
