Liked: Very clean and comfortable suite. The bed was very comfy. The location is just 10 min from downtown Portsmouth.

Incredibly loud and poor customer...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. I liked the convenience of the kitchen. The room was large.
Disliked: I'm a traveling nurse working in the area. I requested a quiet room... I didn't get one. This is the party hotel. It's incredible loud at all hours of the night. People playing basketball right by your room until 12am and drunks watching the game in the lobby. My room was right by the entrance door and the basketball court. It was loud and I got very little sleep. They also don't allow late check out... so after you don't get to actually sleep in your $200 a night room, you get no extra time to try and get ready in the morning. I had to go work a 24 hour shift at the hospital after not being able to rest here at any point during my stay. The value is incredibly poor. It's not worth the cost. I won't stay here again in the future.

Great hotel near Portsmouth with...

Liked: 2-bedroom suite was larger than expected and very comfortable for a family of 4. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Nice sized pool for the kids and pleasantly warm in winter. Fantastic breakfast! Excellent beds, showers, and facilities. A quick drive into downtown, and the location was pleasant/safe.
Disliked: There was a leak from the dishwasher in the suite's kitchen that soaked the floor under the dining table. It appeared this was an ongoing problem, as you could see old water damage on the wall near the dishwasher. We did not use the kitchen, but if we had planned on it, this would have been a problem.

Had no complaints and me...

Liked: Very good and NO complaints, staff was very helpful also!
Disliked: If time could stand still and not go as fast!
