Not what I booked

Liked: location was fine I would of liked to see some fruit for breakfast
Disliked: When I book the room I booked for two queen beds and a single bed and we only got to queen beds

Horrible.

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: They put us in a handicap room that we did not ask for. They would not give us a regular room because it was booked through booking.com and not directly through them. I have second thoughts about booking through third party sites going forward unless booking.com compensates us.

Great spot in Portsmouth and...

Liked: Studio king room was amazing. So much space and so quiet and comfortable! Pool and fitness room were great and the hot complimentary breakfast was a wonderful touch!
