Great hotel near airport, but...

Liked: The 2 bedroom suite was everything our family of 6 needed for a 1 night stay. Close enough to the airport we didn't hear any planes but it was right off the highway which was noisy at times. The hotel is remodeling but that didn't effect any part of the stay
Disliked: Not a lot of options for breakfast but it was free so..

Smelly and disappointing

Liked: Nice sized room
Disliked: Obvious dog pee smell near couch. Reported to staff, no open rooms available to switch too. Requested a rroll away bed since the couch was planned to be used as a sleep space, none available. No solutions offered. Staff suggested compensation would be available- at least something was offered…however that never came. Charged full price plus a few dollars over what my booking rate was listed as. Messaged facility and got no response.

wonderful except housekeeping is not...

Liked: great but rooms don't get cleaned unless if your stay is longer than 4 nights
Disliked: the front desk lady with the bow was slightly rude but other than that and the cleaning incident it was great

Disliked: It desperately needs to be updated. The carpeting throughout was gross and dingy. Water damage on the ceiling in our room was just painted over.
