The Residence Inn is comfortable,...

Liked: Very comfy bed, setup of room (kitchen and sitting area), and very close to activities in Old Port.
Disliked: There needs to be EV charging available in parking garage.

Liked: Well located and fair price
Disliked: We requested our bedroom to be cleaned 2 days later (we stayed for 5 days/4 nights) and we had to request it at least 5 times. It was only done at 5:30pm. It was not easy for us with a baby to wait so long and we didn't feel heard.

Liked: Excellent location, great staff, fairly sized rooms.
Disliked: Pool temperature on the colder end of the spectrum.

No real pluses

Liked: Nothing outstanding about the breakfast; staff very friendly
Disliked: Bartender didn't know how to make a Manhattan; TV didn't work
