Everything was good. Except the...

Disliked: I don’t like that I have been charged double. A bill of $682.00 and a bill of $693.00. That’s unacceptable

Location was great to visit...

Liked: Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. The unit was very relaxing to stay in.
Disliked: We had 2 bathrooms in the unit. 1 bathroom did not have a garbage can. We advised staff and they would try to provide. We did not receive a garbage can for the bathroom.

Liked: I loved the hotel in general. Have stayed there a few times.
Disliked: I was really unhappy/unsatisfied with the handicap/disable room assignment", very inconvenient since I didn't choose this kind of room when I book my reservation. This room is for a guest in a wheelchair. I felt bad for the room choice Unayza gave me.
