Appreciate the location and staff....

Liked: Location. Kitchen. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Smelly bed and pillows. Iffy WiFi. Breakfast was ok but when I mentioned that the hot water urn had black fleks, probably old coffee grounds they left it this way for 3 days.

Disliked: everything was great except for the last day there was a problem with the boiler room and we could not get to take a shower before leaving. I know this isn't something that happens every day, but it was still a problem
