Great hotel with very kind...

Liked: The staff at the hotel was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming and playing some of the other games provided. The hotel was clean and super convenient to lots of things we were doing in Phoenix.
Disliked: NA

Very poor

Liked: Very pricey and the accommodations were poor. Small old towels, marks on the walls, room smelled, very very cold, poor pillows, poor quality sheets.

Best place to stay if...

Liked: The staff works hard to accomodate people with special needs. There is a golf cart shuttle running all day to get you to and from appointments at the Mayo Clinic. They have a new restaurant for lunch and dinner in there with really good food. Room rates are comparable to nearby hotels and airbnb's with the perk of being right on the Mayo Clinic property.

All around a great experience...

Liked: it is a great location especially if you have appts at Mayo. Nice touch adding the bar, convenient.
Disliked: The only complaint I had that if I was staying there I shouldn't have to pay for parking.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm to check in. Despite the booking.com confirmation email I showed them, the staff at the reception told me that they didn't have my reservation and did not do anything to find me a room. This is unacceptable.
