Disliked: A $12/day parking fee? The property is not in a city, there are other large parking areas surrounding the hotel, including the defunct restaurant adjacent to the hotel, as well as the hotels all around it. I told them not to charge me, as I would park in the lot of the closed restaurant! During our first night we were awakened by a boisterous group directly outside our room, at the side entrance. My husband asked them to please quiet down (it was after midnight), but they continued there and inside but near to our room until the early morning hours.

Liked: The location was great and I loved having a kitchen!
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes and I was not accommodated as promised. Handprints were on the walls and it was gross to see it on the headboard.

Liked: Staff at the front desk.
Disliked: Learning at the end that I was charged $12/day per parking. We were not notified of this. I shouldn't have to pay for parking at a hotel where I'm paying for the room. We also declined cleaning services for the time we stayed at the hotel; however, while we were out, cleaning staff did enter the room and changed the sheets, garbage, etc. We had our personal belongings out and did NOT want anyone entering the room, and we also had a sign on the door handle.
