Not worth the aggravation

Liked: Staff wasn't helpful at all, they over charged my card, a month prior , after repeated unsuccessful calls, complaints, emails, etc I made the mistake of complaining to my card services after repeated attempts to contact management and I was assured multiple times I would be refunded and they finally refunded one of the 100 plus dollar erroneous charges and and subsequently put me on a do not rent list, which I didn't find out until I booked again so now I'm fighting to get that resolved.
Disliked: Bad management, poor communication and leadership.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The couch in our room was disgusting and had a terrible odor…the TV in the living room area is very nice however was unable to enjoy it since the couch was so gross. Wish the TV in the bedroom wasn’t so tiny…consider putting the same size tv in the bedroom as well. The desk chair was covered in really nasty stains and should be replaced. The bathroom is extremely dated and not very functional.The sink in the bathroom area would not drain and ended up full of water…had to use the sink in the kitchen area during the stay.Not the quality you would expect from a Marriot property.
