Our one night stay was enjoyable. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the hotel staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. We had a short walk to the Kimmel Center and enjoyed a late night meal at the excellent Perch Pub. The complimentary breakfast was great. We would definitely stay at the Marriott again.

Liked: Clean rooms; friendly staff; quick room service; located near venues.
Disliked: Needed better directions to the hotel.

I am 60+ so I look for a hotel that I can feel safe in and not to far to my event. I enjoy walking instead of a cab and this hotel filled all my needs - I am coming back in June and again I will use this hotel. Not one thing I would change.

Very nice hotel and staff...

Liked: Loved our huge suite with a nice working kitchen. The bed was big and comfy and the location and views were good, 11th floor. Nice big flat screen. Would stay again for sure.
Disliked: The bathroom was well positioned, away from the main area, but had a few issues:- The water in the shower did not reach a warm enough temperature - The door swing came too close to the toilet, so we had to either fully open or nearly close the door to enter or exit- The shower door design was pretty but cumbersome because it was a halfway glass that we had to navigate around to turn on the water- The shower products were in very flimsy pump bottles that were difficult to use- My kids were in a different room and their toilet didn’t flush

Liked: Location is excellent. Expectations for a Marriott Residence Inn were met. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room space was plenty.
Disliked: Bathroom Shower and overall amenities need update. Check in process wasn't up to Marriott standards. The lady was a bit unwelcoming.
