Our one night stay was enjoyable. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the hotel staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. We had a short walk to the Kimmel Center and enjoyed a late night meal at the excellent Perch Pub. The complimentary breakfast was great. We would definitely stay at the Marriott again.

Disliked: Needed better directions to the hotel.

I am 60+ so I look for a hotel that I can feel safe in and not to far to my event. I enjoy walking instead of a cab and this hotel filled all my needs - I am coming back in June and again I will use this hotel. Not one thing I would change.

Liked: I was tremendously impressed with my stay. I arrived about an hour early and I was able to access my room. The staff at check-in was extremely polite and helpful. The room was incredible. The view of city hall was impressive. In addition, being able to walk to Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown was a draw for me. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Modern, clean and perfectly placed...

Liked: Historical hotel and perfectly situated within walking distances to restaurants, shopping and museums. So spacious, clean and modern. Our trip fell on the same weekend as the Eagles Super Bowl parade and the staff were superb in caring for us despite the huge influx of additional travelers… even putting us on the same floor as my parents to be close by. Will absolutely be staying again!

Disliked: I reached out to the hotel prior my arrival to extend my stay but nobody replied. Then I booked additional nights via booking.com which was ok with me. Glad I checked my final receipt as I was overcharged every night. Folks, check your final receipt before leaving! Breakfast very minimalistic.

Liked: Most importantly, staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and out are easy. Staff at Breakfast area was also very friendly. Location is great, walking distance everywhere. Room is spacious, this actually exceeds our expectation. Breakfast has many options, also accommodating various dietary restriction.
Disliked: We can't think of any minus point during our stay.
