Liked: Very clean; friendly and helpful staff; nice breakfast
Disliked: I was in room 117 - it was noisy due to an air conditioner above my room, so it was impossible to get any rest that night.

Polite and courteous staff. Conveniently located. Very clean. All the conveniences of home while on the road. I will choose this hotel next time I am in Pensacola.

Great stay

Liked: Property was very clean, conveniently located to the arena walking distance.
Disliked: We had an issue with the AC cooling and the noise it made cutting on and off.

Disliked: It could have been updated a little more on inside furnishings and colors. Coffee availability 24/7 would be nice

Disliked: Took to long to check in. We got there around 11pm for a cheer competition earlier in the morning, took us about 15mins to get checked in
