Reasonable good location & breakfast...

Liked: Location in Arcadia was great with lots of food places close by and same for shopping
Disliked: Facility is under going renovations with lots of construction workers and building materials in all the areas. Took up parking as well.Our Suite was Ok but the bathroom was not very clean with stains in the bathtub and a closet door that came off the hinges...

Nice stay, even with difficult...

Liked: Great room, everything was fine in the suite.
Disliked: Construction equipment took out 1/3 parking, making it difficult to find a spot near our room. We weren’t informed about the construction ahead of time.

Disliked: 2 story 2bdrm. A/C hard to regulate. Room needs updated. Shower curtain is stiff as a board. Needs to be trashed. Wallpaper peeking off thru out.

Parking on-site is $15/day.

Disliked: Did not know have to pay $15/d for parking on-site until checking in.

Great choice for a family...

Liked: It's a good location for a family stay if you want to be on this side of Los Angeles. The housing is very clean, private and the area feels safe. We were there for a family gathering and visited the nearby botanical gardens, which were awesome.
Disliked: If you arrive at night, the parking might be full, so it means a slightly longer walk, but this was only an issue the first night - the good news is it felt safe. Otherwise, our stay went well, and the staff was always willing to assist if needed.
