Liked: Staff were friendly. Food was good. Area was nice.
Disliked: Heat wasn’t working and the door and window seals were not keeping the cold air out. The room was cold and I could feel a breeze of cold air coming in through what was not sealed.

Liked: Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately there were renovations going on at the lobby and pool area so pool and spa were closed … and they are removing the pool altogether!

Disliked: I had made my reservation through booking.com.At check-in the staff claimed the credit card in my reservation did not work and charged me again on the same card.It took a couple of weeks after contacting booking that they refunded me.
