Liked: Staff was pleasant and its in a good location
Disliked: Unfortunately the the heater in our room intermittently made a very loud knocking noise to the point we just turned it off and requested extra blankets. The hot tub was broken and the bathroom had hair stucked to the door and 2 of the nights we had no hot water, and there was also a nasty stain on the livinroom carpet. Screaming child in the next room also made our stay unpleasant which i understand is not there fault. As a BOnvoy member this was by far our worse experience.
