This is not the first...

Liked: Breakfast and the pool area are very good. The location is perfect between Disney and Universal.
Disliked: This is not the first time my family stay on this hotel but for sure is the last. After making the Check In, they inform us that the Hotel was under construction. The day we make the check in the hotel didn't had water until the next day becaused of a hotel pipe repair. I rented a two bedroom Suite and the door of one of bedroom didn't work leaving part of my family stock in the room for more than an hour. Horrible Experience

Liked: Breakfast was good and served in a clean area.Beds were comfortable and clean.The price was in our budget.
Disliked: The rooms and really the entire place was worn and shabby, the facilities were sub-par. Carpet absolutely filthy. We would not allow our baby to crawl on the floor. The place also had areas under construction, which cannot be helped, but just added to the disappointment.
