Not a great experience.

Liked: It was located in an area that I needed
Disliked: The sheets were ripped. The pillow cases were dirty. I asked housekeeper to please change the sheets. She told me that the bed was made but I could do it myself and handed me linen to change.

Very nice rooms, street noise...

Liked: Location, attached garage, room size, room ameninities.
Disliked: Street traffic noise. Room had a strong medical smell.

Great stay

Liked: Room was spotless! It was quiet. All the staff from the front desk, house keeping, breakfast servers were polite and friendly. Truly one if the best hotels I've stayed at.
Disliked: Pricey but worth it.

Liked: Son works at Kia Center. Great place to stay when he works a few days in a row. Clean, comfortable, great location.
Disliked: Tough time checking in. Although it was prepaid, desk clerk made son pay again. Took a few phone calls to work out the kinks.
