Bad experience!

Disliked: The night manager Julia was very unprofessional, rude, nasty and ruined my whole stay. She made it very uncomfortable for me and my 12 year old son to enjoy the stay at this hotel. Because of her and a manager Matt who said one thing to me and instructed something else to his staff, the whole experience was terrible. The whole issue was because I requested an early check-in and being that I was driving the whole night, I got so much to go through because of that. Julia was unprofessional, talked to me in a nasty way and not considerate at all. She even restricted me to enter a hotel to stay in the lobby and wait for the room, like she was the owner of the hotel. Unbelievable!!! Total disappointment!! The way she was dressed was another issue, so unpresentable. Seems to be a bad management overall in this hotel which needs a lot of work and changes!!! I would NOT recommend families to stay in this hotel at all.

Spacious, feels like an apartment!...

Liked: My friends and I (Group of 5) booked a room with 2 Queen beds with a pull out couch for a 21st birthday. The room was extremely spacious. As a group of all girls, we definitely appreciated the amount of mirrors and the bathroom’s vanity light. Thank you to the very patient staff who gave us plenty of towels/wash cloths, extra blankets and even brought up a pair of scissors when we called reception. The breakfast was also a huge plus!
Disliked: Nothing :) Would stay again 100%. Beautiful property.
