Was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for outside parking with the price of the room.

Liked: Bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom and dressing area tiles were not clean, especially around corners; lots of hair and stuff on floor that I reported to the desk clerk; barking dogs in the next room woke me up; not a happy camper - did not expect that in this type of hotel and especially for the price I paid. Please group all dog owners in a certain area.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again anytime.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about the street car. Maybe they need a little refresher on that. Also, they only take credit card or debit card.

The hotel is nice but...

Liked: The facilities were fine - I liked the room etc. Granted, across the street is the same level for half the price...but I did like the facilities.
Disliked: The staff is non-existent and the lady at the front desk refused to honor the Booking.com price even after showing her my phone and e-mail confirmation. She went as far as arguing that there was nothing she could do because it did not show in her system and I had to pay the $50 price increase or go elsewhere! Next time I will!

Better than expected overall.

Liked: The location was better than expected and convenient to the river park event we were there to attend. I also appreciated that we could easily walk along the little canal right behind the hotel to a variety of restaurants. The pool was clean and a blessing since there was extremely hot weather during our stay. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The breakfast was meh and the area got very crowded in the morning.
