Was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for outside parking with the price of the room.

Liked: Bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom and dressing area tiles were not clean, especially around corners; lots of hair and stuff on floor that I reported to the desk clerk; barking dogs in the next room woke me up; not a happy camper - did not expect that in this type of hotel and especially for the price I paid. Please group all dog owners in a certain area.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again anytime.

Liked: The facility was cozy.
Disliked: The lady at the service desk saw that I was a member but would not give me a discounted rate because I did know my number. Room 319 apparently was a room that is normally for people with pets because some of the furniture was torn up, and I was told there weren't any more rooms available

Worth the stay

Liked: Very pet friendly. Most of the staff was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast kinda sucked. Pretty limited and not that good. Needs big improvement.

Liked: Price and Bricktown location
Disliked: I thought it would be more hospitable. Not clean as I expected it to be. Stood at the front desk for about 30 min not know where front desk person was. When the person showed up, acted like it's normal to do that. We will never stay there again.

Bad

It was nice, staff was...

Liked: Firepit and basketball court was fun to use after a day of sightseeing. Nice to be right on the river walk.
Disliked: I was surprised with the extra charges. $100 pet fee and daily parking fee $23 if I am remembering correctly.

Not satisfying for the cost.

Liked: Location, breakfast.
Disliked: Room noise from air/heating unit. No daily room cleaning. Said they would bring towels but never did.

Liked: Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about the street car. Maybe they need a little refresher on that. Also, they only take credit card or debit card.
