Was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for outside parking with the price of the room.

Liked: Bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom and dressing area tiles were not clean, especially around corners; lots of hair and stuff on floor that I reported to the desk clerk; barking dogs in the next room woke me up; not a happy camper - did not expect that in this type of hotel and especially for the price I paid. Please group all dog owners in a certain area.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again anytime.

Disliked: Hotel Review: A Disappointing ExperienceI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The property feels severely outdated, with old decor, worn-out furniture, and a general lack of maintenance. For the high price charged, I expected at least some level of comfort or modern amenities, but this hotel offers neither.One of the biggest issues was the elevator situation. The hotel only has one elevator, which is shared between staff and guests. This leads to long wait times, overcrowding, and an overall inconvenient experience. During busy times, it’s nearly impossible to use the elevator without feeling frustrated.Adding to the discomfort was a horrible smell that lingered throughout the building. It was a mix of mustiness and something I couldn’t quite identify, but it made the entire stay unpleasant. Even after airing out my room, the odor persisted.The lack of investment in basic updates and amenities is glaring, and the pricing is completely unjustifiable. There are far better options at the same or even lower price points nearby. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Liked: great location. view of the riverwalk canal. breakfast was enjoyable & a nice perk. view large suite for the value, & very clean.
Disliked: staff made me wait during checkout while they were on the phone chatting in the back (not with a customer or customer matter). couldn't get anyone to come to my room to review the issue we had with the lamp shroud that shattered over the dinette table during our breakfast (& into our plates). maintenance went on break as he answered the call from reception. reception had me text her the photos since she did not want to walk to my room as well.
