Liked: I was not able to stay at this location. i booked for one night reservation through booking.com and cintacted the property immediately after confirming the reservation. I requested early check in or late check in after 3a.m if early chekin was not possible. the person i spoke with did not receive my confirmation on his end yet and assured me that he would make a note of my request and call me if he early checkin was possible or if he neededbany additional information. he did not call me so i concluded that early checkin was not possible. I work night shifts and got off of work late this time, we arrived at the hotel at 4:45 a.m and were told that our reservation was declared as a no show and cancelled. the main marriott website states that the policy is to hold the reservation until 6:00 A.M before considered a no show. we were extremely tired and wanted to rest a few hours and have breakfast before check out. we contacted booking.com for a refund, they sent emails requests to the hotel and we have not received any response to this issue yet.
