Very nice, I was delighted

Liked: Excellent service, very friendly staff, you feel at home, thank you very much
Disliked: the order the cleanliness

Liked: Beautiful I like how the room was set up.
Disliked: The bed was small. And hard

Great for Business Travel

Liked: The location of this hotel is great. It is right in the middle of downtown Norwalk, walking distance to a lot of goods restaurants and bars. It's also a short walk to the SoNo collection. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and the breakfast gets the job done.
Disliked: I wish this hotel did dinner service. The bar is nice, but I'd like more options for eating dinner.

Disliked: although it wasn't necessary for me, housekeeping never happened although was said to be every other day. However, it was included in the daily price. Not sure if I would stay there again. And I'm a Marriott rewards member. If that matters
